Aufgaben:
- Du betreust Bauprojekte im Bereich des baulichen Brandschutzes in Gebäuden.
- Du koordinierst und überprüfst termingerecht die baustellenbezogenen Arbeitsschritte.
- Eine professionelle und dienstleistungsorientierte Baustellenabwicklung steht für dich an erster Stelle.
- Die Abstimmung und Koordination von Lieferanten und Subunternehmen gehört zu deinen Aufgaben.
- Du kommunizierst direkt mit den Vertretern der Auftraggeber auf der Baustelle.
Ihr Profil:
- Du verfügst über Baustellenerfahrung und hast eine handwerkliche Ausbildung und/oder eine Weiterbildung zumr Technikerin oder Meister*in.
- Ein Quereinstieg in den Bereich Brandschutz ist bei entsprechender technischer Ausbildung ist ebenfalls möglich – wir qualifizieren dich!
- Der sichere Umgang mit den MS-Office-Anwendungen und Kenntnisse im Bauvertragsrecht (VOB) sind für dich selbstverständlich.
- Kommunikationsstärke, Zuverlässigkeit und Teamfähigkeit sowie eine eigenverantwortliche und strukturierte Arbeitsweise zeichnen dich aus.
